Dr Laxman Kulkarni has been one of the pioneers in land investments around Pune city. Once upon a time a professor at the Pune University, a double Ph.D. in a single thesis, he decided to venture into the field of real estate four decades back with a view to make safe space communities for the middle class. We were first guided to Dr. Laxman Kulkarni in 1998 for a small plot of land we were looking for. He went out of his way to accommodate our constraints and we found something to match our needs and resources in Nande. Ever since then, he has played the role of a mentor and guide for us, and has become a member of our extended family. In about 2016, we bought another piece of land from him in his Green Valley project in Sanaswadi in Taminhi region. Once again he was generous with his advice and help in ways one simply cannot expect in a business transaction. More recently we invested in a piece of land bought from someone else. Once again, we sought his guidance and analysis, and benefitted immensely from it in our decision making process. Additionally, his guidance in biodiversity, native plants, looking for the right species of fruit trees has been very valuable.
